Who We Are
Clean Hour is a Winnipeg-based cleaning company serving homes, offices, and commercial spaces throughout the city. We offer house cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialty services including oven cleaning and tile and grout cleaning.
Our approach is straightforward: we assess the job accurately, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent results. Quotes are based on the actual size and condition of your space — not flat rates that may not reflect the work involved.
How We Work
Every job begins with a quote. Describe what you need — or send a few photos — and we follow up by phone or text with an accurate, no-obligation estimate. Photos are particularly useful: a photo of the oven, bathroom, or carpet gives us the information to quote accurately rather than guess.
Once you book, we confirm the details and work around your schedule. For recurring clients, we keep consistent schedules and communicate any changes in advance. For commercial accounts, cleaning is arranged outside business hours where needed to avoid disruption.

What's Included and Excluded
What each service covers is defined clearly before work begins. A standard recurring visit covers floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, bins, and accessible surfaces. It does not include the oven interior, fridge interior, inside cupboards, grout scrubbing, or baseboards — those are deep cleaning tasks.
A deep clean covers all of the above. A move-out clean follows the deep clean scope with additional attention to anything an inspector will check. See the individual service pages for a full breakdown of what each covers.
If you have specific priorities — a bathroom that needs extra attention, or an area you'd like excluded — communicate those when booking and we incorporate them into the scope.
How Quoting Works
To get an accurate quote, we need to know: the size of the space (square footage or number of rooms and bathrooms), the current condition, which areas need attention, and how often you want service. For commercial spaces, an on-site visit is standard before a contract is confirmed.
